MODChic Return and Exchange Policy: In Store and Online

Merchandise and fulfillment
Stocks are limited to our online and physical store. We make every attempt to fulfill your order, and present real stock levels via our website. All web orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Shipments are only processed once payment and delivery details have been approved. You will also receive an order and shipping confirmation via email once your items have shipped. Your package should arrive within 3-7 business days, based on your location and your selected shipping method.
IN – STORE PURCHASES:
Regular price merchandise may be returned to the MODChic Boutique for exchange or store-credit within 30 days of purchase.
All goods must be intact, unworn or unused, in perfect condition and with all attached tags, original and specific packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags, or shoe boxes. Returns not meeting these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer and the return refused.
ONLINE PURCHASES:
Regular price merchandise may be returned to the MODChic for exchange or full refund within 30 days of shipped date with an order number. Please email us at customerservice@modchiccouture.com with your order number for a return or exchange order.
Regular priced merchandised that is discounted using a promotional code (birthday, new subscribers, special sale) may also be returned for full refund.

SALE PURCHASES: IN - STORE and ONLINE:
All items that have been “marked down” are final sale and not returnable and non refundable.
The MODChic does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods, or insurance costs for returned items. MODChic Boutique also does not refund international duties and taxes. MODChic is also not responsible for any uninsured return items that are not received.

Any return items purchased on-line and returned to a store are regulated by the same return procedures as outlined here.
We cannot hold items for exchange.
